Are the indoor and outdoor components included?

When you purchase an Advantage system, it will come with an indoor unit (also called an air handler) and an outdoor unit (known as a condenser). Depending on the retailer you purchase from, the condenser will also come with a 16 foot install kit.

Does the inside unit come with mounting brackets?

The air handler comes with a mounting plate. While we do make mounting brackets for the condenser, they do not come with this system and will require a separate purchase.

Does the system include the communication wire to connect the indoor to the outdoor unit?

Yes. The communication wire, which connects the condenser to the air handler, is included in the installation kit.
